WDSF Tartu Open 2026 brings a full day of DanceSport competition to Tartu, Estonia, on 26 September 2026. The program combines international WDSF and DanceSport Europe events with national class competitions, beginner categories, solo events, and open competitions in both Standard and Latin.
The competition is held at the University of Tartu Sports Centre and includes categories ranging from young beginners and Juvenile dancers to Youth, Under 21, Adult, and Senior competitors.

The sports centre provides a central venue in Tartu for the full competition program, with spectator seating and a separate VIP table area around the dance floor.

Registration
Registration is available through the DanceLV competition system:
The registration system includes WDSF and DSE events as well as beginner, class, solo, Adult Open, and Senior categories. Dancers and clubs should register early and check the selected category carefully before submitting an entry.
Entry Fees
According to the official event information, competition entry fees are:
- E, D, C & Open Class: โฌ30 per start
- E & D Solo: โฌ15 per start
- Beginners: โฌ12 per person, per start
- WDSF & DSE: โฌ50 per start
Entry fees can be paid at the competition venue. Credit cards are not accepted, so participants should be prepared to use another accepted payment method.
Tickets & VIP Seating
Spectator tickets can be purchased at the entrance on the day of the competition:
- Adult: โฌ30
- Children: โฌ15
- VIP table seat: โฌ45
The VIP table area is positioned around the dance floor and offers closer viewing with access limited to VIP pass holders. Table seats may also be available at the door, subject to availability.

Timetable
The organizers note that the competition timetable may change by approximately ยฑ60 minutes.
Competitors should collect their competition number one hour before their scheduled start. Participants should check the official website shortly before the event for the latest timetable and possible schedule updates.
Travel & Accommodation
Tartu is Estonia's second-largest city and can be reached by road and public transport from Tallinn and other parts of Estonia. International visitors should allow enough time for onward travel to Tartu when arriving through Tallinn or another regional airport.
The organizers recommend booking accommodation early because hotel availability may be limited around the event.
