Golden Stars Trophy 2026 is an international Pro-Am dance competition taking place in Żnin, Poland. Organized by Jacek Jeschke and Hanna Żudziewicz, the event is designed for Pro-Am couples and combines competitive ballroom dancing with an elegant gala atmosphere.
The competition welcomes dancers across different experience levels, age divisions, and dance styles. Participants can compete in International Ballroom, International Latin, American Smooth, and Caribbean Mix categories, with both daytime competitions and evening gala events creating a full festival-style experience.

The event will be held at Arche Cukrownia Żnin, one of the most recognizable hotel and event venues in the region. Located in the historic town of Żnin, the venue combines industrial architecture with modern event facilities, making it a memorable location for an international dance competition.

Competition Format
Golden Stars Trophy is open exclusively to Pro-Am couples consisting of:
- PRO — professional dancer or dance instructor
- AM — amateur student dancer
The event includes multiple competition formats:
- Single Dances
- Dance Challenge categories (2D, 3D, 4D, 5D)
- Rising Stars
- Scholarship competitions
- Golden Stars Trophy Gala
In Single Dance and Dance Challenge categories, only the amateur dancer is judged. In Rising Stars, Scholarship, and Gala categories, the entire couple is evaluated together.

Caribbean Mix categories include:
- Salsa
- Bachata
- Merengue
Levels & Age Categories
Competitors can participate in the following proficiency levels:

PURE & OPEN Categories
The competition includes two participation formulas:
PURE
PURE categories are intended for amateur dancers without previous competitive or professional dance experience. Participants must not have:
- competed professionally,
- taught dance,
- held dance classes,
- worked as instructors or assistants,
- earned income from dancing.
OPEN
OPEN categories are available for amateur dancers who have not competed professionally for at least five years, regardless of federation.

The Golden Stars Trophy Gala entry fee includes a gala ticket for the PRO-AM couple.
Registration
Registration is available through Flymark and must be completed no later than 15 August 2026. The public registration deadline listed by the organizers is 16 August 2026.
Participants are encouraged to register early to secure lower entry fees during the Early Bird periods.
Payments must be completed within 7 days after registration submission. Entries are considered confirmed only after payment is received.
Refunds are possible until 22 June 2026 after contacting the organizers by email.
Travel & Accommodation
Żnin is located in northern Poland and can be reached from major Polish cities by car or train connections. Since the competition venue also operates as a hotel complex, early accommodation booking is strongly recommended, especially for dancers planning to stay on-site during the event weekend.
