Chisinau Summer Ball 2026 will host the IBDS European Open Solo Championship together with an international Ballroom and Latin dance festival in Moldova. The event welcomes solo dancers, couples, and competitors from different age groups and categories, creating a full day of international competition in one of the country’s largest dance venues.
The competition is organized by Dance Sport Club Flagrant together with the Moldova Dance Sport Association and the International Ballroom Dancing Society. Dancers from multiple European countries are expected to participate, while adjudicators from Italy, Poland, Romania, Greece, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, and Moldova will judge the event throughout the day.

The competition will take place at Chisinau ARENA in Stăuceni, near Chișinău. The venue offers a large professional dance floor with approximately 400 square meters of competition space and modern facilities suitable for international dance events.

Tickets & Entry Fees
Participation fees:
- Couples and solo dancers: 20 EUR / 400 MDL per program
- Single dance participation: 10 EUR / 200 MDL per dance
Spectator tickets:
- Regular tickets: 300 MDL per session
- VIP table places: 600 MDL per session
VIP spectator places are limited. Tickets can be reserved and purchased through itickets.md.
Registration
Registration confirmations are accepted exclusively online and by email until June 9, 2026. Organizers note that confirmations will not be accepted after the deadline, so dancers and clubs are encouraged to complete registration early.
Registration is handled by club representatives according to official classification books and federation requirements for 2026.

Chișinău is well connected by international flights and regional transport, making it accessible for dancers traveling from across Europe. Since the competition takes place during the summer season, participants and spectators should arrange flights and accommodation in advance.
