Cappadocia Open 2026 combines international DanceSport competition with one of the most unique landscapes in the world. Held in the heart of Cappadocia, this event brings together Ballroom and Latin dancers, solo competitors, coaches, and spectators for a full weekend of WDSF competitions and CAP-CUP events in Nevşehir, Türkiye.

The competition takes place inside the elegant Cappadocia Marriott Hotel, surrounded by the famous fairy chimneys, valleys, and historic atmosphere of Cappadocia. Dancers from Türkiye and many other countries are expected to participate in this international event, creating a vibrant and competitive environment across multiple age groups and dance categories.

In addition to the WDSF Open competitions, the event also includes the CAP-CUP DanceSport Competition and a special training camp scheduled for June 22, 2026. The combination of high-level dancing, international atmosphere, and unforgettable travel experience makes Cappadocia Open 2026 one of the most exciting DanceSport weekends of the summer season.

Venue

The competition will be hosted at the Cappadocia Marriott Hotel in Nevşehir, Türkiye.

Located close to the center of Nevşehir, the hotel serves as both the official competition venue and accommodation hotel, making it especially convenient for dancers and teams traveling internationally. The venue combines modern comfort with direct access to the extraordinary landscapes of Cappadocia, including its famous valleys, underground cities, and hot air balloon scenery.

Registration

Registration for Cappadocia Open 2026 opens on April 22, 2026.

The final registration deadline is June 17, 2026. Participants are encouraged to complete registration early, especially due to limited hotel availability and expected international participation.

WDSF Competition Fees:

• Couples: 60 € for the first WDSF category
• Additional WDSF categories: 40 €
• First OPEN category without WDSF registration: 40 €
• Additional OPEN categories: 20 €

Solo Categories:

• 40 € for the first WDSF category
• Additional WDSF categories: 20 €
• First OPEN category without WDSF registration: 30 €
• Additional OPEN categories: 10 €

Spectator Tickets:

• Day Pass: 40 €
• Tickets available at the competition entrance

Participants do not need spectator tickets on the days they compete.

Participants can stay directly at the official competition venue, Cappadocia Marriott Hotel.

Training Camp

A special training camp will take place on Monday, June 22, 2026, immediately after the competition weekend.

The camp offers dancers an additional opportunity to train, learn, and continue the experience in Cappadocia together with coaches and participants from different countries.

Cappadocia is one of Türkiye’s most famous travel destinations and offers much more than competition alone. Visitors can explore valleys, historical underground cities, panoramic viewpoints, and the region’s iconic hot air balloons.

Because June is a busy tourist period in Cappadocia, early hotel and flight booking is strongly recommended. Many dancers choose to extend their stay to enjoy sightseeing and cultural activities after the competition weekend.
