Art of Dance FESTIVAL 2026 will take place from 30 October to 1 November 2026 at SPS Hotel in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. The event combines two days of international dance training with the Art of Dance Cup, an international competition for couples and solo dancers, followed by a gala show night.

The festival is designed for dancers of different ages and levels and features an international panel of adjudicators.

• 30–31 October: International Dance Camp with internationally recognized teachers
• Art of Dance Cup: International competition for solo dancers and couples

Competition Categories

The program includes First Steps, Basic, Open, and Pro-Am competition levels.

• First Steps: Solo and couples divisions up to ages 5, 7, 9, 11, and 13
• Basic Latin and Standard: Solo and couples divisions across several age groups
• Basic Solo One Dance Cup: Samba, Cha-Cha, Rumba, Paso Doble, and Jive for dancers up to ages 9 and 11
• Solo Open: U8, U10, U12, U14, U16, U19, and U21
• Couples Open: U6, U8, U10, U12, U14, U16, U19, U21, and Amateur Open
• Rising Star: Couples U14 and U16
• Single-dance, three-, four-, and five-dance Standard and Latin programs

Pro-Am Competition

Pro-Am age divisions are A (19–29), B (30–39), and C (over 40). Bronze, Silver, and Gold dancers can enter individual Latin and Ballroom dances, as well as multi-dance Latin and Ballroom programs.

Latin dances include Cha-Cha, Samba, Rumba, Paso Doble, and Jive. Ballroom dances include Waltz, Tango, Viennese Waltz, Foxtrot, and Quickstep.

Gala Show Night

The gala on 1 November features Glenn Richard Boyce and Caroly Janes. The organizers describe them as former five-time World Amateur Ballroom champions, winners of the British Open, International, and UK Open Amateur Ballroom championships, and World and British Open Professional Ballroom vice champions.
