NIKA International DanceSport Academy
NIKA International DanceSport Academy is a Ballroom and Latin dance school serving the greater Seattle area from Bellevue, Washington. Founded in 1976 by dancer and choreographer Elena Zakharova, NIKA describes its program as the longest-running International DanceSport program in Washington State.
The academy works with first-time dancers, recreational students, and competitive athletes from early childhood through adulthood. Its training combines dance technique, fitness, musicality, choreography, performance, and competition preparation.

NIKA's alumni include professional dancers, adjudicators, choreographers, and coaches. According to the academy, former students have appeared in nationally televised productions including Dancing with the Stars and America's Got Talent. The school continues this tradition through structured youth development, adult training, visiting coaches, competition participation, and annual showcases.
