Aarhus Sportsdanserforening
Aarhus Sportsdanserforening, also styled Århus Sportsdanserforening and commonly known as ÅS, is a competitive dance association based at Studie43 in Risskov. Founded in 1973, the club has a long history of developing Danish and international Standard and Latin dancers.
The volunteer-led association is a member of Dans Danmark and, through it, the National Olympic Committee and Sports Confederation of Denmark. Dancers are welcome regardless of previous federation or experience, and much of the international training environment operates in English.

The club offers specialist membership for dancers focusing on one Ballroom discipline and combined membership for those training in both Standard and Latin. Additional year-round self-practice access is available through Studie43.
Elite development
ÅS is an official performance-centre club and the organizational home of the DanceSport pathway at Elite Sports Aarhus Academy. Through this collaboration, athletes enrolled in the ESAA dance program receive dedicated morning training twice each week alongside their regular club development.
The club's historical roster includes numerous Danish, European and world champions. Its recent highlighted results include world championship titles and medals in Standard, Latin and Showdance Standard during 2025.
